Sarah Recchio is the Chief Operating Officer of SHY Therapeutics, where she leads the company's operational strategy and ensures the seamless execution of clinical, technical, and organizational initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in clinical development and program leadership, Sarah specializes in managing complex programs, fostering collaboration, and driving operational excellence across all areas of the organization.
In her leadership roles, Sarah has guided teams to successfully advance programs across diverse therapeutic areas, including rare diseases, oncology, and immunology. She has a proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and delivering on strategic goals to bring innovative therapies to patients.
Sarah holds a B.S. in Life Science from The Pennsylvania State University and is certified in Clinical Project Management. She is passionate about fostering innovation and operational excellence to support SHY Therapeutics’ mission.
